Have two minutes? Here are a few ideas on how to keep kids safe in school

If you missed my recent blog post on a great set of digital shorts about safety in schools you can check it out here on the Police1 web site. They asked if they could pick it up for their site.

I’m thankful since these little videos pack a powerful information for viewers whether they are parents, school administrators, or school-based police officers. In two or three minutes how to better understand the workings of the teen brain, priorities for school resource officers, and more.

I created these videos in cooperation with the National Center for School Safety run out of the University of Michigan. Three more are under construction and due out for the Spring semester so stay tuned!
